Fees & Guarantee
Our fee structure is based upon a percentage of the estimated first year’s total remuneration package. The percentage of the fee charged is dependent on which of the three types of search is requested.
Contingency Fee
A Contingency fee applies when any fee charged is solely dependent on whether any proposed candidate is hired and commences employment with the new company. If no agency-represented candidate is hired, then no fee of any sort is charged. There may be other search agencies involved in the recruitment for the open position.
Exclusive Fee
An Exclusive Fee applies when the agency is the first and only search agency involved in the recruitment for the open position. This fee is at a lower rate than a Contingency Fee.
Retainer Fee
A Retainer Fee applies when the agency is the first and only search agency involved in the recruitment for the open position and involves a non-refundable advance payment. This fee is at a lower rate than an Exclusive Fee and your most economical option.
At Global Search Consultants we back up all of our placements with a strong one-year after-hire guarantee:
- 100% Credit – If the placed candidate should leave his/her employment within the first 90 days, a 100% credit will be issued.
- 50% Credit - If the placed candidate should leave during his/her 91st to 120th day of employment, a 50% credit will be applied to his/her specific position replacement.
- 20% Credit - If the placed candidate should leave during his/her 121st to 365th day of employment, a 20% credit will be applied to his/her specific position replacement.
